Flatbead with Red Rice



248 g liquid sourdough starter/plynnego zakwasu
122 g water/wody
198 g cooked red rice (leftovers from diner)/ugotowanego ryzu
250 g whole wheat flour/maki pszennej razowej
5 g salt/soli
Combine all of the ingredients ad refrigerate for at least one hour or until you are ready to fry them. Use preheated slightly greased grill pan or non-stick pan.
Wymieszac skladniki i wlozyc do lodowki na 1 godzine lub dluzej. Piec na patelni grilowej (wysmarowanej olejem) lub teflonowej.
